Internal data to improve processes

The company that requested the development from us needed improve tracking y traceability of the treatments and services they were providing to their patients.

This improvement had to be accompanied by rigorous compliance with the LOPDGDD / RPGD regulations to avoid any information leak from both users/patients and the company organization and its internal processes.

Project summary:

After an internal analysis of its processes and a cleaning and adaptation of the available data, which involved several months of work, an SLM was developed with internal data of the hospital group that was also enriched with additional documentation of improvements in treatments.

This internal system was provided with a APP for user and family access which allowed us to evaluate the acceptance of the improvements made and continuously monitor the user's evaluation

This led to the establishment of unified guidelines and criteria in the company, which resulted in a better use of internal resources (with its consequent cost reduction) as well as a improvement in quality and customization of the treatments performed on patients, which was received very positively by users and their families, entering a virtuous management circle.

Note. This type of SLM with internal data, can be used, previously adapted, in any type of company, as long as the company has a sufficient amount of structured data.
