Dependent people

The organization that manages the service to dependent people He has been providing this type of support for many years and has a deep knowledge of the needs of the people who benefit from his services. They seek to improve the allocation of internal resources available both for users who use their facilities daily and for those they serve remotely. They also want to increase their reach capacity, taking advantage of all the resources that the administration provides at all levels (local, regional and national).

However, after an arduous analysis of data from the last 20 years, it has been confirmed that these are found in different formats and repositories, since there has not been a single criterion for their collection and storage.

This has involved 7 months of work, the result of which has allowed us to have data for the last 5 years. With this data, the aim is to have a system that allows improving assistance to dependent people.

Project summary:

The project went through the creation of a multi modal solution to guarantee the allocation of necessary resources based on the type of user and their needs, obtaining an improvement in the quality of the assistance provided, as well as better use of internal resources, which translated into a reduction in costs.

This solution also considered a second development to have the information provided by the administration in real time. This allowed them to access a greater number of resources from the public administration that ultimately resulted in greater economic capacity to improve the conditions in which their residents find themselves.
