Project summary:

In order to have all this information available in real time and continuously, they needed to unify all the available documentation in a new format that was implemented for the registration and monitoring of users.

The result was the creation of a SLM question-answer with internal documentation.

This system made it possible to have an office where all the workers who support the user could obtain, in real time, a response to the level and status of the treatments that the user was receiving, thereby improving the level of assistance provided to them and streamlined throughout the residence

Note. This type of SLM question-answer, can be used, previously adapted, in any type of company, as long as the company has a minimum amount of data.
