Antecedente

The company organizes various events, from marriage ties, to company meetings, through concerts, etc...

They were considering improving and expanding their services and to do so, they needed to know the current conditions of the Air Quality at your events so how to know what the most frequented areas by the attendees.

Solution

They implemented a remote monitoring system for air quality, controlling the parameters of temperature, humidity, PM 2,5 and CO2. Likewise, they provided bracelets and pendants beacon for event attendees.

All the data collected by both systems was centralized in a repository in which data was collected and analyzed for several months to later develop a intelligent automation system of control.

The result was that, on the one hand, modified some action protocols in events and improved the level of air quality, achieving increase the safety of event attendees. They took advantage of this fact to be able to promote their events as safe and certified events by an official body, which led them to increase the demand for their services.

On the other hand, they obtained information on the areas most visited by attendees and acted on them to improve the services offered, which meant a increased profitability in the set of events.

Since then, they have various panels, event control, depending on each type. They have also implemented some open to attendees to transfer knowledge of the quality and safety of the event, in addition to offering new child custody services and location of groups at events through an APP.
