Antecedent

The client wanted to control the quality of his product during his land export to Europe. He wanted his operators to use a simple application and intuitive way to control the status of each export, as well as to be able to view and extract information.

He needed an inexpensive device that would facilitate in real time the traceability of the shipment, as well as the temperature during the shipment journey.

Many times he would not be able to recover the control device, but other times he would, and he asked us to be able to reuse the device if it was recovered.

A satisfactory solution

Two models were chosen that allow the location and temperature Real time. Both at a very low cost.

One of them, with a useful life of 4 weeks and with a fixed configuration for short range journeys.

The second, with the capacity remote programming and therefore with a useful life that varies from 4 days to 3 months, depending on the parameterization of the sensors, it was used for international routes.

As the client recovered the devices, and thanks to our system of circular economy, the client was able to reuse the device, paying only the cost of the license according to the use that was going to be given to the devices.
