Antecedent

The client has to monitor the distribution of his product that leaves his factory in Europe and is delivered to another country in Europe to which he travels by maritime transport.

When the product arrives at the port of destination, it is distributed via Earth to your client.

Throughout the process, the client wants to have access to information location y temperature since the final price that your client will pay you for the product is affected by its quality. This quality may be altered if the conditions in which the product is transported are not maintained within the established levels.

A satisfactory solution

A combination of devices has been chosen, one located inside the container to monitor the temperature and another outside to monitor location.

Data from both devices is displayed in a single pane in a combined way that can be accessed both from the mobile and from the Tablet or computer.

The low cost of the solution allows the customer to dispose of the devices when they arrive at their destination, but to encourage circular economy, from CD4IOT we have enabled the possibility that, if the client recovers some of them, they can use them again on a recurring basis.

AI has been used to manage the automatic calibration of the devices so that they are adjusted to the actual temperature continuously
