Clean room control

Antecedent

The company, which processes agri-food products, needed control in each of the production centers that they have in Spain, France and Italy, the white rooms where they process agri-food products.

The parameters to be controlled had to be the temperature, humidity and the number of particles in the air Therefore, they asked us to have a system to collect this data continuously for their remote control from its central quality department.

Furthermore, they also wanted to know the usage level of some of the machines used for its packaging process

A satisfactory solution

For the use of the machines, a device was installed in each clean room to monitor your level of consumption and therefore its activation and deactivation.

For the rest of the parameters, a device was installed in each clean room to monitor the rest of the parameters. (CO2, PM, 2,5, temperature, humidity, PM 10, VOC, Formaldehyde CO, Light and O2).

Consultation panels were established for the person in charge in each center, with levels of alarms and periodic reports.

There was also a integration so that the data from all the centers were in the client's ERP and were fully available to the company for internal management.

We are currently developing a predictive system to update alarms based on consumption levels, working hours and working conditions.
